Utterly disappointed

I've been a Chi iron user exclusively for 15 years. I have thick curly hair that only a chi iron can handle. However, over the past few years the quality of their product has declined substantially. My last iron is less than 1 year old. The cord connecting to the iron snapped and apparently the warranty does not cover it. If they are going to make products that break easily they need to expand this warranty. Beyond disappointed with the company.

Great price and quick delivery which I appreciate! I love this product and I bought this Chi because of the various heat settings. This is great for fine hair that is wavy.

Good for different hair types!

I was hesitant about this tool at first because I'm always looking for something that works well with my coarse/wavy/curly hair. It's not so crazy that I need mega heat, but I need something a bit stronger. The combo of ceramic and titanium, as well as the adjustable temperatures make this a great flat iron. It was quick and efficient - even when I ironed my curls. My only caveat is that I had some flyaways, but I just added an oil to my hair to smooth and moisturize them. Seriously, a great tool from CHI.

Smooth, even heat

I have always owned CHI flat irons but usually the ones that don't allow you to set the temperature. I love that this one allows me to set the temp for my specific hair type. You simply use the + or - buttons to set the temperature and it heats up in less than a minute! It also didn't tug on my hair, causing pain and damage. This was a great purchase!
