Used to LOVE it

I used to LOVVVVVE this straightener, but after a little over a year it will not turn on anymore. I am extremely disappointed!!!

Hands down best flat iron around!

I've had my CHI flat iron for over 6 years and and it still looks and works like it's brand new! It's slim, easy to travel with and works better than any other flat iron I've owned. Unless another brand can prove me wrong, I'll always own a CHI.
