Does Loxa Beauty sell diverted products?

No. Loxa Beauty sells only legitimate salon products. 100% of all products sold on Loxa Beauty are authentic and authorized by the associated manufacturer.

Aren’t major manufacturers opposed to selling online?

Manufacturers have always been concerned with preserving the relationship between the stylist and the client. Until Loxa Beauty, the Internet posed a problem of loyal salons and stylists being taken out of the sales process. Manufacturers support Loxa Beauty because we provide complete transparency in our commission-based payments to salons and stylists for each transaction.

Manufacturers realize the need to reach consumers online, and Loxa Beauty has provided that opportunity. Loxa Beauty not only offers legitimate, non-diverted products online, but at the same time Loxa also maintains the relationship between the stylist and the client.

How does Loxa Beauty get their products?

Loxa Beauty is supported by Beauty Systems Group (BSG), the largest distributor of salon products. BSG handles all product distribution for Loxa Beauty.

What are HairScription recommendations?

HairScriptions maintain the stylist-client relationship even after you leave the salon. The HairScription tool functions like a virtual salon shelf for stylists that lets stylists select from thousands of products. Stylists select a client and choose products that best fit a client’s needs. Then the HairScription tool automatically sends an email to that client with personalized recommendations, as well as a “buy now” link. When clients respond to the HairScription, they are sent to Loxa Beauty with the recommended products already in their basket, and their stylist pre-selected for checkout.

Can I shop without a HairScription?


What if my stylist or salon isn’t registered on Loxa Beauty?

Loxa Beauty pays a commission to a salon and/or stylist on every purchase. If your stylist isn’t registered or you don’t select a stylist at checkout, then Loxa Beauty uses our propriety Loxa Local system to select a salon or stylist in our database to receive that commission. At the end of the transaction, the consumer receives a confirmation that they have purchased the products, as well as which salon or stylist received the commission.

If a particular salon product isn't on your site, where can I buy it?

Loxa Beauty sells over 3,000 products and hopes you may find something comparable to try. We’re always adding new products, so please check back often. In the meantime, visit the manufacturer’s website to find a local salon or stylist that merchandises your preferred product.

Does Loxa Beauty carry salon color formulas?

We do not carry color formulas of any kind. We will sell color protection shampoos, conditioners and styling products to help care for your salon color between coloring appointments.


Why can’t some products be delivered to me when I “Check Availability”?

Loxa Beauty is committed to providing consumers with authentic salon products. We work closely with manufacturer, distributors and others to ensure the quality and safety of each item purchased. This includes complying with and honoring all manufacturer distribution agreements and federal regulations, which sometimes result in a product not being available in certain areas.

Individual states have different regulations regarding chemical shipments, in addition to federal regulations. These regulations monitor safe shipment of consumer products that contain VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and PAV. Loxa Beauty adheres to all state and federal regulations.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

No. At this time we only ship to the lower 48 continental states.

What is your return policy?

It’s simple! We want you completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, simply call our customer service team at 1-855-299-3531 or email us at [email protected] We accept returns for unused products returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are in good condition and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

Return Shipping and Processing

Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive to provide the highest level of service possible at all times. How can I find the status of my order?

You can find a link to your “order status” at the bottom of the website page or by clicking here. Also, you can check your order status by signing in at the top of the page.

I’ve received a message that my order will be short-shipped. How do I know when my ordered items will be restocked online?

Due to high demand, some of the items may be out of stock. Loxa Beauty will keep you posted on next steps. Here are the two possible scenarios:

  • If your selected products become available within the next two weeks, we’ll ship them to you ASAP and charge your card on file.
  • If we don’t receive additional product by a specified date, we will cancel the sale for you and not charge your card on file.


I forgot my password, how do I log in?

You can reset your password by clicking “sign in or register” at the top right of our page and selecting “forgot password?” We’ll send a message with a link to the email you used to register. Follow the link and select a new password.
