What happens if I placed an order, and haven’t received it yet? Will my order still deliver?
Yes, all orders will be shipped that have been placed through the Loxa Beauty website.
What is the Return Policy?
Purchases made prior to May 30, 2018 will be accepted per our normal return policy. Purchases made on or after May 30, 2018 are all final at sale and not eligible for return.

Is my Loxa Script still valid?
Of course! Loxa Scripts are still valid until the site has been completely shut down. Please inform you clients that all sales are final as of May 30, 2018.
I am a stylist, how can I access my commissions?
If you are a licensed stylist who has commission available for withdrawal via loxabeauty.com or via the CosmoProf App, please visit https://www.loxabeauty.com/customer/account/login and login with your Loxa Beauty credentials to navigate to the Stylist Dashboard wherein, you may withdraw commission accrued. Please make sure to enter a valid PayPal email address under “My Information” section of the Dashboard - prior to requesting a withdrawal.
Will Loxa Beauty functions be available in the CosmoProf Beauty App?
All Loxa Beauty functions within the CosmoProf Beauty App will be disabled June 18, 2018. This includes but is not limited to Loxa scripts and withdrawal of commissions.
