Teasing your hair can sometimes feel like a daunting task when you aren't sure how to do it. But with the right products and tips, teasing is a great way to amp up your look from day to night.
How to Tease with the Cricket Amped Up Teasing Brush :
Step 1. In front of the mirror, grab a small section of hair tautly and, with the Cricket Amped Up Teasing Brush, begin to gently brush down from the mid shaft of the panel of hair to the crown of your head. Stylist Davin Testerman suggests that teasing smaller sections of hair at a time at the base of your crown is your best option.
Step 2. Spray the freshly teased section of hair with hairspray (we used Indie Hairspray #superfirm) to secure the tease in place. Then fold the panel of teased hair forward to lay across your forehead. This will create lift and texture from under the style, and leave a smoother finish on top when you allow your hair to fall.
Continue to follow steps 1-2 until all sections of hair around your crown have been teased to your liking.
Step 3. Flip teased sections of hair over and being to lightly smooth over the teased sections of hair with the Amped Up Teasing Brush to finish the look.
Take the teased look from day to night by pulling the hair up into a fun, flirty ponytail. Wrap a a piece of hair around the ponytail for a finishing touch!
